As the name suggests, the two Armor King I's always wears armor through the Tekken series as their Player 1 outfit. For the first time in Tekken Tag Tournament, and then in every appearance of him, he also had an outfit without the armor. In Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, he was replaced by his younger brother, Armor King II after the first Armor King was killed at the hands of Craig Marduk during the Arizona bar brawl.
In Tekken, Armor King was introduced as a palette swap for his rival King and was given two almost identical outfits. Like many of the sub-boss characters in Tekken, the only difference between the two attires is their color.*Player 1 outfit:
His Player 1 outfit is selected pressing one of the punch buttons. Being the armored version of King, Armor King's attire consists of an armor and jaguar mask and tail similar to King's. The differences between their masks are that Armor King's is black instead of a classic fur yellow, it has longer teeth and has a red eye with a scar on it. The tail is also darker than king's, but curiously is a different color than Armor King's mask. The armor consists of a black body part, black shoulder pads with a sting on them, a pair of white arm protections with stings, and white metallic shin-pads and foot protections. He also wears black trousers, black gloves with nine white rivets, and seem to wear a suit with long sleeves under the armor.
- Player 2 outfit:
His Player 2 outfit is identical to Player 1, but has every black part of it changed to blue except for mask, boots, and gloves.

- Intro Sequence:
In Tekken 2, he appears in the intro sequence and his ending with a little different version of his Player 1 outfit. The main difference is that the armor is gray instead of black. He now doesn't wear gloves and a long sleeved suit under the armor, the suit is now sleeveless and barely visible in game. He has some armor parts around his hip, and the white parts of it are now the same color as the rest of the armor. His skin's color is visible for the first time, and is darker than King I's.
In Tekken Tag Tournament, as every other character, Armor King returns with his old outfits and was given a new one. They, however, are not based upon his in-game appearance in Tekken 2, but his movies appearance.*Player 1 outfit:

- Player 2 outfit:
His Player 2 is much like his Player 1, but colored in all blue.
- Player 3 outfit:
Beating the game with him unlocks his new Player 3 outfit. He wears a shirtless version of his Player 1 outfit.
Armor King I is later replaced by his younger brother, Armor King II after his death at the hands of Craig Marduk in a bar brawl in Arizona due to his bad mood. The second Armor King has heterochromia who had right green eye and red left eye as a contrast to the first Armor King who had an injured right red eye on his black jaguar mask.
Player 1 outfit:
He wears an updated version of his gray armor of the previous Armor King, as his armor is silver with black outlines, his pauldrons are gray and silver with a large sting in each sides, black pants with a silver belt with steel armor sash in each sides and white armor boots. Armor King II also wears a matching silver armbands and gauntlets with black outlines.
Player 2 outfit:
He was seen in shirtless like his predecessor in Tekken Tag Tournament, as he wears a black zippered pants with silver designs in each sides and a red tie at the center of his waist and black nd white sneakers. He also wears gray and silver gauntlets.
