Many of Jin's outfits feature flame designs on his right pants leg and he always wears gloves or gauntlets in his Player 1 outfits. Jin has spiky black hair similar to his father's with thick eyebrows and a full fringe similar to his mother's. He also has a devil mark on his left shoulder where he is branded by Devil onto him.

Tekken 3

Player 1 outfit:

Jin is shirtless and wears black trousers with a red, orange and yellow flame design on the right pant leg and red and black footpads. He wears red and black gauntlets with a white triangular pattern of studs on the back. In both his and Heihachi's endings he has a white drawstring on his waistband.

Jin wears this outfit in the opening and in his ending.

Player 2 outfit:

Jin wears a yellow jacket with rolled up sleeves and the kanji for "Japan" printed on the back, dark blue trousers with red stripes down the sides, black boots with knee protectors and red gloves with the studs from the gauntlets of his Player 1 outfit. 

Player 3 outfit:

Jin wears a Mishima Polytechnic High School uniform. It consists a dark blue v-neck blazer with the sleeves rolled up and the school's logo emblazened on the left breast. He wears his gloves from his Player 2 outfit along with checkered green pants and brown leather shoes. This outfit is unlocked by playing as Jin 50 times.

Tekken Tag Tournament

Player 1 outfit:

Jin's Player 1 outfit is a palette swap of his Player 1 outfit from Tekken 3. The flames on his pants leg, his footguards and his guantlets are recolored bluish-green.

Player 2 outfit:

Player 3 outfit:

Jin's Player 3 outfit is a palette swap of his Player 2 outfit from Tekken 3. His jacket and pants are now red and his shoulder pads and gloves are black.

Player 4 outfit:

Tekken 4

Player 1 outfit:

Jin wears a black and white short-sleeved open karate gi with a devil mark printed on the back. His pants are colored white on the left side and black with white flames on the right and are fastened with a dark blue and white karate belt. He wears white and red footpads and white and red spiral patterned gauntlets with a spiral design on the back. The spiral could represent the Kazama family as Jun wears spiral designs on her Tekken Tag Tournament Player 3 outfit. In Kazuya's ending after he was defeated by his father, the soles of Jin's footpads are black.

During Stage 8 of his story mode, while fighting his father and grandfather at Hon-Maru, he loses the top of his karate gi. This topless version of the outfit is later seen in his Tekken 5 prologue and in the Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection console opening.

Player 2 outfit:

He wears a white and blue hoodie jacket and dark blue pants with golden flame designs with a black short sleeved undershirt and red and white sneakers. He retains his gauntlets from his Player 1 outfit.

Jin can be customized to wear this outfit in the console version of Tekken 7.

Namco X Capcom

Player 1 outfit:

Tekken 5/Dark Resurrection

Player 1 outfit:

Jin wears an alternate version of his Player 1 outfit in Tekken 4. He no longer wears the top half of his gi and his black karate pants have a large white golden outlined flame on the right pant leg and has three smaller white flames on the left. His white spiral patterned gauntlets have minor changes with red and blue parts on the underside.

Jin wears this outfit in the last part of his prologue and in both Heihachi's and his own ending.

In Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection the flame on his pants and the color of his gauntlets changes from white to red.

Player 2 outfit:

There are minor changes such as the white part of his hoodie changing to light blue.

In Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection his jacket and pants are recolored dark purple, though the flames remain gold.

Player 3 outfit:

Jin wears a white unzipped jacket with black furry arms and blue flames designs, a white shirt tied around his waist and white pants with red zippers down the front and a thick blue line down the back. He also wears a pair of red and white gloves with metallic studs on the back and black sneakers with white soles.

This costume can be purchased in the customization mode for 500,000 G, though it is available from the start in Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection. This costume was designed by animator and illustrator Mutsumi Inomata.

Tekken 6/Bloodline Rebellion

Player 1 outfit:

An updated version of his Player 1 outfit in Tekken 3. The red flame on his pants is now larger with an orange and yellow tint. He wears a black and yellow karate belt and red and black footpads. His gauntlets are now spiked and segmented.

He wears this outfit in both Lee and his devil form's endings.

Jin can be customized to wear this outfit in Tekken 7: Fated Retribution, although the outlines of the flames are changed to neon red and the outline of his karate belt is recolored white. In the console version, however, the outlines of the flames revert back to yellow.

Player 2 outfit:

Jin wears his Mishima Zaibatsu CEO business suit - a black trenchcoat with the Zaibatsu insignia on the collar over a gray long sleeve button-up shirt with black lightning designs, purplish black pants, a black belt and black shoes.

Jin wears this outfit in the arcade and console openings of Tekken 6 as well as in both Miguel and Xiaoyu's endings. This outfit was first seen in his Tekken 5 ending although his pants were brown and his shoes were dark gray.

Jin can be customized to wear this outfit in Tekken 7: Fated Retribution, although his button-up shirt is changed to white and his pants are now gray. Jin wears this version of the suit during both Hwoarang's and his devil form's Tekken Tag Tournament 2 endings.

Player 3 outfit:

Jin wears a long white coat with a cape, white decorative boots, gloves, silver pauldrons, a gold chain leading from his collar and a long sash emblazoned with his devil mark hanging from his shoulder. Various parts of the costume have red highlights.

  • His customizations consists of training shirts in different colors and design, both casual and rider outfit, a hooded parka similar to his Tekken 4 Player 2 outfit and an emperor's military armor similar to Lars' primary outfit but with the Mishima Zaibatsu's emblem instead of a lion emblem.
  • In the game's E3 2006 extended trailer, Jin wears an outfit similar to those of his devil form with black pants with a red flame design, a brown belt and short boots in addition to a black tank top and red and black gauntlets.

Street Fighter X Tekken

Player 1 outfit:

Swap Costume:

Jin's swap costume is based on C.Viper from the Street Fighter series. He wears a black formal suit jacket with red flames that cover his torso with a pale blue open button-up shirt underneath, yellow sunglasses, black pants, black gloves, a black belt and brown shoes. His hair is recoloured crimson.

Alternate Costume:

His Player 1 outfit from Tekken 6. In addition, he wears a long white vest with red flames designs, red greaves, and white sandals with red and black footpads. He also wears black and lavender sleeves over his gauntlets, a short white headband and a flame patterned Japanese flag on his back. His hair is long and tied up in a ponytail.

Tekken: Blood Vengeance

In the movie Tekken: Blood Vengeance, Jin wore two outfits throughout the movie.

His main outfit in the movie is a black long sleeved loose button shirt with an extended collar, black pants and shoes. During his battle against his father and his grandfather, he dons his red detachable gauntlets beneath his long sleeves.

His other outfit is a summer version of his school uniform in Mishima Polytechnic; a white short sleeved loose button shirt and his green checkered pants and brown shoes from his third outfit in Tekken 3. This appearance was seen in a photo frame between him and Shin Kamiya at Shin's apartment.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2

Player 1 outfit:

Player 2 outfit:

The same as his Player 1 outfit from Tekken 6 but with the colors of his Tekken 5 Player 1 outfit.

Player 3 outfit:

Jin wears a short sleeved white v-neck shirt with black designs on the sleeves and the words "East 45 West" on the torso, gray trousers with black designs down the sides and white and black sneakers.

  • Jin gains more customizations than the previous one. Additionally, he can be customized to wear a casual version of his Player 3 outfit with minor changes; the printed designs are now at the back which is recolored to orange as the designs are now in a flame motif and the word "Justice" at the center in each designs and his trousers are replaced with faded blue jeans. His sneakers are also recolored red and white.
  • For his Swimsuit DLC outfit, he wears a Fundoshi with matching wrestling boots available in three default colors.

Tekken 7/Fated Retribution

Player 1 outfit:

Jin's Player 1 outfit is a combination of his hoodie jacket from Tekken 4 and his motorcycle outfit from the arcade opening of Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion. He wears a black and gray leather hoodie with black and red flame designs on the hood, dark gray leather pants with a black flame design and red outlines down the legs, a red belt and red boots with gold designs. His red gauntlets extend to his shoulders and are embellished with golden decorations and a golden devil mark. There is a golden triangular pattern on the back of his gauntlets and a black phoenix on the back of his hoodie beneath the flames.

His alternate costume is a white and gold recolor of this outfit and his gauntlets are black.

  • In the story mode, Jin wears a tattered version of his devil form's new Player 1 outfit after his apprehension by the UN. He wears a yellowy brown hooded cloak with this outfit when he is walking through the desert. He briefly wears a topless version of this outfit while at the Violet Systems medical facility while being infiltrated by Nina and the Tekken Force. This outfit is also seen in Hwoarang's character ending after his devil form reverted back to his normal state as his horns, wings, tattoos and demonic gauntlets disappear in a purple haze and he was seen barehanded.
  • During the game's ending Jin wears his Player 1 outfit but replaces his black leather hoodie with a black zip-up motorcycle jacket. He wears red and black biker gloves with metallic studs in place of his gauntlets.
  • Jin can be customized to wear other male customizations including his Player 2 outfit from Tekken 4 and both of his Player 1 and 2 outfits from Tekken 6.
  • Like the other male characters, Jin wears a modified fundoshi with handwraps for his Swimsuit outfit. He is barefoot in this costume and it can be chosen in any different colors. The outfit is similar to Heihachi's Player 2 outfit in Tekken 4 and Akuma's Swap Costume in Street Fighter X Tekken.

Tekken (Mobile)

Player 1 outfit:
