Median Line Destruction (正中線乱れ突き Seichūsen Midare Zuki, "Midline Disturbance Thrust") is a move used by Jin Kazama since Tekken 5 to Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and in the crossovers Street Fighter X Tekken and Project X Zone. The command is 1+2. In Street Fighter X Tekken, the command is f,b,f + Punch.
Descritption
Jin launches a fast sequence of 3 punches, launching the foe back. Due to the speed attack, its commonly used as a surprise attack, and as a counter against running characters. On Street Fighter X Tekken, Jin traps the opponent with a sequence of 3 to 5 punches, depending on the button pressed. The EX version hits 6 times, and causes wall bounce, being a good starter for combos.
Trivia
- In Tekken: Blood Vengeance, Jin uses this move to defeat and seemingly kill Heihachi (although Heihachi is later revealed to still be alive).
- It was also used in Project X Zone as part of his and Xiaoyu's super move, Jab.
