Hey, Seddie; I know that you have not been active on the wiki for a while, but I hear you have been editing elsewhere recently so I hope you can help us out with something. At the moment, we have a real issue with vandalism, trolling and edit warring, but we have no fully-active admins to address the issue. The more responsible users have been doing their best to remove the questionable content, but with nothing we can do to stop the trolls the issue is getting worse.
I have discussed the issue with other users, and we all agree that the wiki needs new admins; I put in an adoption request, and I tick all the boxes in terms of edits made, pages created and past behavior, but as Toilethead101 stops by every now and then, the wiki is not eligible for adoption. I have been told that if I can get the permission of an existing admin, I would be able to adopt, but it is hard to contact Toilethead. So, the question is, can you help? If you could give me permission to adopt, that would be great, but if not, could you at least appoint some new admins? I am very active here, so I am happy to take the role.
I really hope you can get back to me soon, as a look at some recent edit summaries and message walls make it clear that users are getting frustrated at the issue and lack of solutions, and I am convinced that users have left the wiki because of it. I really want to put an end to the issue soon, so I, hopefully, will talk to you soon!
It would make going through the images and videos to see if someone has already uploaded what I intend to upload easier. And it would also help to see what pages actually are wanted instead of mostly seeing leftovers from deleted pages.
Or if you don't have time, grant me the power to clean them.
Hey Seddielover12. I'm Brandon, Manager of Content Production at FANDOM. By now you may have seen our announcement about Wiki Modernization and how we're using featured wiki videos to reduce the number of ads on the site and improve the performance of all FANDOM wikis.
Tekken Wiki is one of our top traffic communities so we'll be creating videos for Tekken, including Tekken 7, in the near-future, including placing the trailer on the Tekken 7 page. If you are interested in which video types we might use, you can find some great examples in this blog post. These will live on some of the top pages on this wiki.
Hello. I just want to tell you that in the article Tekken: Tatakai no Kanatani all pages except cover is NOT from manga. First off all, manga is black&white and reads from right to left! This is western comic. Please delete this images. Thanks in advance.
Hello! I'm Wowa, and I'm representing Wikia's Vanguard team. We're users who volunteer to help communities adopt to new technologies and features, like content portability. We've identified your community as a high priority for introducing the Portable Infobox tool, which has a lot of benefits for your community. Rather than get into all of the metrics and numbers (though I can present some of those if you're interested), I'll keep it simple. I'd like upgrade the Infobox templates themselves so that they can be accessible on any current and future platform. Maintaining them if you want to make changes should be very simple.
I've added some Drafts of Infoboxes in Special:Insights/nonportableinfoboxes, which you can modify or approve early if you'd like. There are guides and resources on the Portability Hub for the structure and styles that can help you modify them. I've put the styling here. Everything should work properly as set up, so if we don't hear back from you, we'll assume there were no problems and will come back and approve the work as-is on or after July 8.
Also, if you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Thanks!
Regarding Bailey's association with the role of Christie Montiero, it was presumed to be her thanks to the nonunion nature of the voice production and its location (Cup of Tea Productions) in the same vein as John Dimaggio as Marduk and Veronica Taylor as Leo. None of these were true; the page creator had no definitive proof of their own and was merely promoting an unofficial claim. This claim, combined with a general lack of evidence (be it supportive or disproving) from a largely dormant and otherwise less "in tune" fanbase, caused this name to stick, but do not confuse lack of contrasting activity as an indicator of a definitve answer. The voice itself simply does not resemble Bailey's. In my research I found another actress at Cup of Tea Productions whose natural voice is a perfect fit: Nicole Balick-Karrer, who was the voice of Tear Grants in Tales of the Abyss (compare this role to the higher-pitched, younger sounding Bailey). She is nowhere near Bailey's level of publicity or renownedness, hence why she was not figured out right away.
I'm sorry I cannot provide official proof from Balick. She keeps a low profile and only wants certain roles to be known to be done by her despite admitting to Tear on Twitter. If you want I can try to get a message from Bailey that says she wasn't Chrisite, but I cannot promise you that I will come back with anything at all.
