Dragunov appears to have a shoulder length hair with a single fringe at the centre of his head and half of his hair is tied in a somewhat short ponytail, pale skin and blue eyes.

Dragunov debuts in the updated version of the fifth game along with Lili and Armor King II and gains two default outfits.
Player 1 outfit:
Dragunov wears a brown military uniform with two white eagle designs in each sides with a white long sleeve button shirt underneath with a neck tie at the collar, matching brown military pants and black boots. He also wears black military gloves. This is primary outfit throughout the series. In his Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection prologue, Dragunov is seen wearing a brown and white winter coat and a matching winter hat.
Player 2 outfit:
He now wears an green combat suit with a gray bulletproof vest with black straps, matching green combat pants with black holsters in each sides and black combat boots. This outfit that he wears is his battle attire.

In Tekken 7: Fated Retribution during Akuma's reveal trailer, Dragunov wears a new main outfit and the color scheme of his outfit is a combination between both his Player 1 and 2 outfits in Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection.
He now wears a dark green military trenchcoat with an extended collar and brown eagle designs in the center of his trenchcoat and each sides of the sleeves from his coat. Underneath is a white long sleeve button shirt with a dark gray necktie on the collar, dark brown military pants with white studs in each sides and a black belt to his waist and brown leather shoes. Dragunov is now seen wearing a dark green beret and matching dark brown gloves.
In his official CGI art of the updated version, his military trenchcoat is depicted as dark blue and his button shirt is now light cyan and his tie is now black and his eagle designs of his military trenchcoat are now gold.
