Sergei Dragunov has blue eyes and shoulder length jet black hair with a single fringe at the center of his head while half of his hair is tied back in a ponytail. Dragunov is also known as "The White Angel of Death", due to his pale, scar-riddled skin.
Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection
Dragunov debuts in the updated version of the fifth game along with Lili and Armor King II, and gains two default outfits.
Player 1 outfit:
Dragunov wears a brown military uniform with two white eagle designs on each side with a white long sleeve button shirt underneath with a neck tie at the collar, matching brown military pants and black boots. He also wears black military gloves. This is his primary outfit throughout the series. In his Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection prologue, Dragunov is seen wearing a brown and white winter coat and a matching winter hat.
Player 2 outfit:
He now wears a green combat suit with a gray bulletproof vest, matching green combat pants, all crisscrossed with black straps, and black combat boots. This outfit is accessorized with black gun holsters on each side and black gloves with red fingers. This outfit serves as his battle attire.

Dragunov's Player 2 outfit is an olive-green palette swap of his Player 1 outfit.
- Like the majority of male characters, Dragunov's swimsuit DLC sees him wearing a fundoshi, available in a choice of three colors (red, white and black), with matching wrestling boots.
Tekken 7/Fated Retribution

In Tekken 7: Fated Retribution, during Akuma's reveal trailer, Dragunov wears a new main outfit; the color scheme of this outfit is a combination of both his Player 1 and 2 outfits in Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection.
He now wears a dark green military trenchcoat with an extended collar and brown eagle designs in the center and on both sleeves of the coat. Underneath is a white long sleeve button shirt with a dark gray necktie on the collar, dark brown military pants with white studs in each side and a black belt around his waist and brown leather shoes. Dragunov is now seen wearing a dark green beret and matching dark brown gloves.
In his official CGI art of the updated version, his military trenchcoat is depicted as dark blue and his button shirt is now light cyan, his tie is now black and the eagle designs of his military trenchcoat are now gold.
- Like all male characters, Dragunov's swimsuit DLC sees him wearing a modified fundoshi with matching arm wraps, although he retains the beret on his head.
