Tekken Bowling is a side game in the Tekken series. It first appeared in Tekken Tag Tournament, in Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, and returned again as a Free App.
In Tekken Tag Tournament, the player chooses a tag team of two characters and bowls with them. The first tag team member goes first. If that character doesn't get a strike, the second tag team member must try to knock the remaining pins over.
In Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, the player chooses one character and bowls with them. After a strike, your character or characters will perform an animation, which is usually a win animation.
Tekken Bowl was released as a Free App in 2011.
The only playable characters are Jin, Xiaoyu, and Panda. All three characters have unique skills. Jin is All-Around, Xiaoyu has a high skill of moving the ball but bad skill on power while Panda is the other way around. It has three modes. Basic, Pass & Play, and Puzzle. It supports Game Center Achievement and in-game medals to collect. There are also two Mokujins cameos, they are both seen separately banging on the bell. One of them always disappears but comes back afterwards when the character is cheering during the strike.
