According to Eurogamer Portugal, series director Katsuhiro Harada confirmed that development on Tekken 7 has already started. Not really that much of a surprise, seeing as how all the previous titles sold well.

[1]Shoryuken.com has found screenshots of the latest build for Tekken Tag 2 Tournament. It is also deemed that there will be more characters than Tekken 6 had. No sign of gameplay videos yet. The build is located at the AOU Show.
