Tulip Festival is a stage in the console version of Tekken Tag Tournament 2. The surroundings of the stage include a field of Tulip flowers surrounding the area and a crowd cheering. There are also houses located in the backdrop. The people in the stage are wearing traditional Dutch costumes, and there are windmills in the background. There is a sign says "Bloemen Festival" roughly means "Flower Festival" in english.
