Wang Jinrei is the oldest playable human character in the series; this is reflected in his appearance as a wizened old man with white hair. His outfits have followed the same general style of traditional Chinese robes and tunics worn over loose-fitting pants.
Tekken[]
Player 1 outfit:
Wang wears an orange tunic with green cuffs fastened with a green sash, grey pants with orange leg warmers and black shoes.
Player 2 outfit:
Identical to his player 1 outfit, but the orange items are recolored green. With this outfit, Wang also wears a red and blue skullcap-style hat.
Tekken 2[]
Player 1 outfit:
Wang wears a green tunic with gold trim, fastened by a black sash, with a matching cap, blue pants and black shoes with white socks. An image of a dragon in a traditional Chinese design is visible on the back of his tunic.
Player 2 outfit:
The same as his player 1 outfit, but his tunic and hat are recolored red and his pants recolored magenta.
Tekken Tag Tournament[]
In Tekken Tag Tournament, Wang's outfits remained unchanged from Tekken 2.
Player 1 outfit:

Player 2 outfit:
The same as his Tekken 2 player 2 outfit, except his hat is removed, revealing a tuft of white hair.
Tekken 5/Dark Resurrection[]
Player 1 outfit:
Wang's outfit received it's first update in Tekken 5 - Wang now wears white traditional Chinese-style robes, decorated with gold symbols and with dark brown trim, black shoes and brown ornate headgear decorated with golden designs and tassels. In Dark Resurrection, this outfit is recolored in a lime green color.
Player 2 outfit:
Wang wears an updated version of his Tekken Tag Tournament player 2 outfit, with decorative symbols added to his pants and tunic, the dragon image replaced with an ancient writing of his name ("Wáng Jīngléi") surrounded by a white calligraphy of flowers and a bead of yellow trim added to the ankles of his pants. Wang also wears a small pair of glasses with this outfit. In Dark Resurrection, his tunic is recolored greenish cyan and his pants dark red.
Tekken 6[]
In Tekken 6, Wang's outfits went unchanged from the previous game.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2[]
Wang's outfits once again remained unchanged, although the pants-and-tunic outfit, present from the first game, was removed as his player 2 outfit in favor of a color swap of the single-colored robes that make up his player 1 outfit.
Player 1 outfit:

Player 2 outfit:
The same as his player 1 outfit, except the robes are recolored pale green in the same fashion as his Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection outfit.
- His Swimsuit DLC is the identical to both Bob and Ganryu and he wears a pair of short sleeved striped classic jumpsuit but it can be chosen in three default colors.
